The rules for using MatchYourService.

1. About MatchYourService
MatchYourService is an online platform that helps customers in Lagos find independent service providers and request quotes. MatchYourService does not employ providers and is not a party to any agreement between a customer and a provider.
2. Your account
You must be 18 or over to create an account. Give accurate information and keep your password private. One account can be used to find services, offer services, or both.
3. What “Verified” means
A Verified badge means a MatchYourService administrator has reviewed and approved the provider’s application. It is not a guarantee of the quality of their work, their qualifications, licences or insurance.
4. Requests, quotes and payment
The price, scope and timing of a job are agreed directly between the customer and the provider. At this stage, payments are not made through MatchYourService.
5. Providers and customers
Providers must describe their services accurately, hold any licences their work requires and honour the quotes they agree. Customers must give accurate job details and pay what they agree.
6. Reviews, reports and suspension
Reviews must be honest and can only be left for completed requests. We may remove content, hide listings or suspend accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.
7. Liability and governing law
MatchYourService is not responsible for the work carried out by providers or for disputes between customers and providers, except where the law says otherwise. Governing law: to be confirmed.
