Yes. Choose “Do both” when you sign up. You’ll set up your business profile first, then go straight to finding the services you need.

It means our team has reviewed and approved the provider’s application. It doesn’t guarantee the quality of their work, so read reviews and agree the details before work starts. For regulated services, check the provider’s qualifications.

For now, you agree the price and payment directly with the provider. Always agree the price and what it includes in writing before work starts.

Choose Other Services and describe what you need. Our team will look for a suitable provider and get back to you.

Open the provider’s profile and tap Report. Our team investigates every report and can hide listings or suspend accounts.

Create an account, choose Offer services, and fill in your business details. Our team reviews your application before your listings go live.

We review applications as quickly as we can. Services that need extra qualification checks, such as health, legal, care and tutoring, may take longer.

No. You can add your own price for each service, or show “price on quote” and agree the price with each customer.

No one sees your phone number or email address. Providers see your street address only after a job is accepted, and it’s hidden from them again 30 days after the job is completed.

Yes, once a job is accepted you can call in the app. Calls go through MatchYourService, so neither of you sees the other’s phone number.

We collect only what we need to run the service, and you can ask to see, correct or delete your information. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
